Top-up credits never expire. On every plan, free included: any amount from ₹300 to ₹1,300 ($3–$13), 10 credits per ₹100, GST included. On Focus and Ultra, also volume packs: 150 for ₹1,400 / $14 · 400 for ₹3,600 / $36.

A credit is the same on every plan. Higher plans route to stronger writing models and more imagery, so a full deck costs more credits — and the plan carries proportionally more of them.

A full deck runs 8–14 credits on Preview, 16–28 on Focus and 24–42 on Ultra, depending on slide count and imagery. That is roughly 7 to 12 decks from Preview’s one-time credits, 9 to 15 a month on Focus and 12 to 20 on Ultra. The exact cost of your deck is on the button before you generate it.

Pay in rupees or dollars
Razorpay handles every payment: UPI AutoPay or a card in India, cards elsewhere. Customers in India pay in rupees and everyone else in dollars.
Credits arrive when the payment settles
Each monthly renewal grants the plan’s credits and sends a receipt. Unused plan credits lapse when the month ends; top-up and referral credits roll over.
A GST tax invoice for every payment
Indian invoices show CGST + SGST or IGST at 18%, set by your state, which we ask before a rupee payment. Rupee prices include GST. Add your GSTIN, name and address on the Billing page to claim input credit. Invoices for customers outside India carry no Indian GST.
The price is on the button
Before every generation, image or download you see its credit cost. If a generation fails on our side, its credits come back automatically.
Cancel any time
You are not charged again, and your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then stops. Your decks, exports and share links stay yours. No calls, no retention flow.
If a renewal fails
We retry and email you on day 0, day 3 and day 7. Nothing is deleted; when the payment lands, credits arrive as usual.

Questions people ask
Do I need a card to start?
No. Preview gives you 100 credits at sign-up with no card. They cover several full decks with standard research, AI imagery and PDF download.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. On any plan, free Preview included, you can top up any amount from ₹300 to ₹1,300 ($3 to $13) as a one-time payment, at 10 credits per ₹100 — ₹300 buys 30 credits, 2 or 3 Preview decks; ₹1,300 buys 130. They never expire, and Indian prices include GST. If you make decks every week, Focus is the better deal: 250 credits a month, premium models, PowerPoint export and no watermark.
What happens to credits I do not use?
Plan credits are granted for a month and lapse when that month ends. Top-up packs and referral credits are different: they roll over and never expire.
Can I pay in rupees?
Yes. Focus is ₹2,500 and Ultra ₹5,000 a month, billed through Razorpay by UPI AutoPay or card, with a GST tax invoice for every payment.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page, in one click. You are not charged again; the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and then stops. The month already paid is not refunded.
Are payments refundable?
No. Subscription payments and credit top-ups are final — cancelling stops future charges. Credits from a generation that fails on our side come back automatically, and money charged in error is refunded in full. The Cancellation & Refund Policy has the details; statutory rights are unaffected.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. Ultra includes shared brand kits and priority generation, which covers most small teams today. For volume or invoicing needs, write to support@visualworks.ai.
