Shipping & Delivery Policy

visualworks.ai is an online software service. We sell access to the platform (Focus and Ultra plans) and AI credits (top-ups). No physical goods are shipped and there are no shipping or handling charges.

Your account works as soon as you sign up. A paid plan and its monthly credits are activated as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within seconds, at most a few minutes. Each monthly renewal adds that month’s credits the same way. Top-up credits are added within 5 minutes of a confirmed payment, even if you close the payment page.

Everything is delivered inside your account at visualworks.ai: your decks and designs, with PowerPoint and PDF downloads on the plans that include them. Your receipt is emailed to the address on your account, and the GST tax invoice for every payment is on the Billing page, ready to print or save as PDF.

Anywhere the service is reachable online. Customers in India pay in rupees; customers elsewhere pay in dollars where international payments are available.

If a payment went through but the plan or credits did not appear within 30 minutes, write to us with the Razorpay payment ID. We will add what you paid for, or refund a payment we cannot fulfil, as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
