Terms of Service

visualworks turns your brief into researched, designed presentations and related visuals, using AI. AI output can be imperfect — review anything important before you rely on it or publish it. We work hard on availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.

Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13, and old enough to form a contract where you live. One person per account.

Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Razorpay, in INR in India and USD elsewhere, and grant monthly credits that generations and downloads consume at the rates shown on the pricing page. Rupee prices include 18% GST, and every payment gets a GST tax invoice. Cancel any time from the Billing page — you are not charged again, and the plan runs to the end of the paid month, then stops. Unused plan credits lapse when the month they were granted for ends; top-up and referral credits never expire. Payments already made are not refunded — subscriptions, including unused days or credits, and credit top-ups, which are final. If a generation fails on our side its credits come back automatically, and money charged in error is returned in full. The details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Yours stays yours. Briefs, uploads and the decks generated for you belong to you; you give us only the licence needed to store and process them to run the service. We claim no rights to use your content for AI training or marketing. Ours stays ours: the platform, template designs and catalog are visualworks intellectual property — your decks may use them; extracting or republishing the template library itself is not allowed. Template designs draw on our own work and on publicly available design resources; third-party marks or materials remain the property of their owners.

Do not use visualworks to create or spread content that is illegal, or that involves: violence or its promotion, weapons manufacture, sexual content involving minors, malware or hacking tools, fraud, phishing or deception (including impersonating real people or organisations), harassment or hate. Automated scraping, bulk-downloading the template catalog, reselling access, probing our security, or degrading the service for others are equally out. Our safety systems screen requests before any credits are taken and may refuse or hold content for review; repeated or serious abuse ends the account.

Sign-in, payments (processed by Razorpay), email, analytics, hosting on a global edge network with data held in the United States, and AI generation run on vetted service providers, bound by our agreements with them; their availability affects ours. The privacy policy describes what each category receives.

To the extent law allows, visualworks is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can delete your account whenever you like (see the privacy policy for what happens to data). We may suspend or end accounts for breach of these terms — for serious safety violations, immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, courts of Tamil Nadu. If we change the terms materially we will notify you by email; continuing to use the service after that means accepting the change. Questions: support@visualworks.ai.
